ALWAYS FRIENDLY STAFF BOTH OFFICE, DOCTORS AND NURSES ALWAYS READY TO HELP AND GIVE GREAT ADVICE MAYBE REQUIRE ANOTHER PHONE LINE OR EASIER WAY TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS IF NEED AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT BUT THEY ALWAYS MANAGE TO FIT YOU IN OR MAKE SURE YOU SPEAK TO DOCTOR

My wife and I consider ourselves fortunate to have Stockett Lane as our local surgery. The two doctors with whom we are familiar, Dr. Terrell and Dr. Kendrew, we regard extremely highly, both very approachable, very thorough and accurate in their diagnoses.(See individual reviews) The nursing staff are similarly extremely friendly and efficient in their services and are very helpful in answering any questions. The receptionists appear calm and very much "On the ball", despite being under much pressure at busy times. They always seem keen to organise the most convenient appointment times, sometimes at very short notice

We have been registered at this surgery for the past 8 years and have always found all the doctors to be extremely helpful and professional. I have had two children since we registered and have been particularly impressed with the standard of care offered , giving us a feeling of confidence that our children's health is in safe hands. Appointments are readily available and the staff are friendly and accessible. A great community surgery.

I have had trouble with repeat prescriptions and think that the form is unclear and that no notice is taken of chemist preference - this has caused issues as prescription was still at surgery when it was requested to be at chemist

We transferred to this surgery approximately 17 months ago after moving house. Having been at my previous doctors for several years, I was a little nervous. However I needn't have worried - the care and quality of service we have received has been outstanding. I have a three year old son and it is easy to secure quick appointments (essential with a grisly toddler) and expert advice. Now expecting our second child, i have found the prenatal care to be excellent.
